Josh is the best trainer amongst the 3 different ones I have come across over the past few years. He was the first person to ever focus on form and properly executing the exercises and that was super important to me since I've been injured before. He is very well-rounded and can tailor the sessions to your training goals and I'm happy to say I've seen improvements in my strength and gotten complements on my form due to his guidance.

If you want someone to push you but also make sure you are doing things correctly and safely I highly recommend him! The past 2.5 years under his guidance have been great!
